membership terms and conditions
- All monthly Unlimited plans are an automatic recharge subscription. The credit/debit card on file will be charged every month. This monthly charge will typically take place on the date the plan was enrolled, but occasionally the charge may process a day early or a day late.
- Unlimited Club membership is an automatic recharge program that will remain in effect until you give cancellation notification to our Team. Cancellation requests must be made at least 10 business days before your monthly billing date.
- No refunds will be given for mid-month cancellations or for billing cycles with no wash usage.
- Unlimited passes are good for one vehicle only. No commercial vehicles.
- Promotional offers are valid once per account. If an account is re-enrolled at the promotional rate, it will not be guaranteed an additional 90 days of promotional pricing and regular rates will apply.
- Current Unlimited accounts cannot switch from one promotional price to a different promotional price.
- Unlimited plans activated at a promotional discount will be locked in so long as the plan remains active. Texas Pride Carwash reserves the right to change pricing, but discounts will still apply. Accounts can still be discontinued at any time; however, promotional rates will not reapply if plan is reactivated after a cancellation.
- Special retention pricing is guaranteed for 3 consecutive months on our top three wash packages. Texas Pride Carwash reserves the right to change pricing after the 3-month period. Accounts can still be discontinued at any time; however, promotional rates will not apply if you rejoin after a cancellation. Monthly rate might increase after the 3-month period with notification from Texas Pride Carwash if contact information is accurate. All special pricing is based on retail pricing.
- Introductory pricing is guaranteed for the promotional period from the date you sign up. After your final charge at the special introductory rate, your monthly charge will increase to our regularly advertised price for the plan you have selected.
- Texas Pride Carwash may terminate a plan anytime if the charge is declined in the credit card processing system.
- Monthly rates may increase without individual member notification from Texas Pride Carwash. However, passive notification of any increases to our regularly advertised plan pricing will be posted at all locations 30 days or more in advance of the price increase taking effect.
- Vehicles must meet Texas Pride’s safety guidelines. Enrollment does not guarantee that these guidelines have been satisfied.
- Texas Pride Carwash reserves the right to terminate Unlimited accounts at any time for abuse and/or safety concerns. When flagged for abuse or safety, cancellations may take place with or without notice.
- Texas Pride Carwash reserves the right to close locations due to inclement weather, holidays, equipment maintenance, and upgrades.
- Texas Pride Carwash reserves the right to change or retire items at any time. This may result in the changing of a member’s wash plan type.
- By providing your email or phone number, you agree to be contacted by Texas Pride to help manage your account and provide you with important updates regarding services and promotions provided by Texas Pride.
- Cash or Texas Pride Gift Cards cannot be accepted for automatic monthly recharge plans. Frequent washers who want to pay cash can purchase a 3-month Unlimited pass.
- Unlimited Memberships are not for use on dealership owned vehicles.
- Customer Support hours are Monday – Friday 8am – 5pm CST.
- Enrollment into Texas Pride Carwash Unlimited Plan is considered acceptance of these terms and conditions.
